  • HIGH TEMPERATURE
  • A NEW AND CONTINUOUS COUGH
  • LOSS OF SMELL OR TASTE

These are the signs of coronavirus.

If you have these symptoms you must self-isolate and get tested immediately.

Find out how to get a test at: www.nhs.uk/coronavirus or call 119

IF YOU TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19

You will be asked either online or on the phone about:

  • your recent close contacts
  • someone you have been within 2m of for 15 minutes
  • places you have visited

The people you have been in contact with will then be told to self-isolate for 14 days.

NHS Test and Trace service has been launched to help reduce the spread of coronavirus and safe lives.

The test allows localised patterns of infection to be detected and contained, so the vast majority of people can return to a more normal life.
